The role played by this office, in keeping with its position as a department that manages and administers the land.

The following are the main functions of the Perak State Land and Mine Office:

  • Submit land applications for the consideration of the Perak State Land Committee in accordance with the provisions of the law.
  • Determining land management throughout the State of Perak is implemented in accordance with the laws and policies set by the Government.
  • Determining the Land revenue is collected in an effective and systematic way.
  • Determines the land to be used according to the rules and laws of the land to produce optimum benefits for the people and the government.
