New Year Mandate 2021 presented by Hilir Perak District Officer, Tuan Saidi Bin Haji Shaari.

The important focus that is the main essence of the message delivered by the Hilir Perak District Officer is:

1. Improving the Human Capital Development program for employees of the Hilir Perak District and Land Office by increasing activities to apply and appreciate the noble values ​​and Islamic values ​​in 2021 to produce employees with integrity, accountability and professionalism and invite employees to change the way they think, communicate and act better
2. Improving the tax revenue increase program in the Hilir Perak District and Land Office for the year 2021, especially land tax arrears, interview sessions, field trips as well as popularizing the District Office's services to the community in the villages.
3. Improving small -scale monitoring/ enforcement activities on a regular/ routine/ scheduled basis as a manifestation of existence (omnipresent) to increase community outcomes and confidence
4. Improving the welfare of the staff of the Hilir Perak District and Land Office who have been tested by illness, accident and death to invigorate the spirit of one family in strengthening the organization's journey.
