In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh and Greetings.

I would like to record my appreciation and thanks to all visitors for their visit to the Official Portal of the Land and Mineral Director Office (PTG), Perak. In line with current developments that emphasize the use of ICT in everyday business, the Land and Mine Director Office (PTG) is committed to provide a user-friendly Portal in service delivery. PTG realizes that customers are not only required to deliver efficient service but also fast, accurate and easily accessible anytime anywhere. Therefore, the portal is designed to provide comprehensive and up-to-date information on the structure of PTG Perak, which includes the vision, mission and objectives of the department, organizational structure, services provided and display of activities of PTG Perak, so that it can be directly utilized by the users.

As one of the main frontline agencies of the state government, PTG Perak has a role and responsibility in leading the improvement of land administration matters throughout Perak. Efforts have been taken to realize this aspect includes preparation of the PTG Strategic Plan Framework 2016 - 2020, determination of the Annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem program (EKSA), MS ISO 9000: 2008 Certification, 5 star Ratings for Accountability Index, establishment of a Special Task Force to assist in the settlement of land arrears; Industry Players Outreach, Land Transfer Program (PMT) 1 Day, Circulars and Guidelines production - guidelines relating to land matters, Perak State Land and Mine Office ICT Security Policy (DKICT PTGPk); and expand ICT-based services online in land administration and management throughout the Perak State administration land.

Along with the government's desire to improve the quality of service delivery to the people, I really welcome any opinions, suggestions and constructive criticism from all customers and visitors of this website. ICT world is constantly changing rapidly and there are no limits. This effort can be made through the proposal boxes, e-complaints, customer satisfaction survey on a daily basis through the service counters and online customer satisfaction survey for every 6 months and customer can also write directly to management. This way, new ideas are expected to improve service quality continuously. This PTG Portal was created to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders comprising government agencies, private agencies and citizens including citizens and non-citizens. Hopefully this portal will benefit these target groups and strengthen the delivery system of PTG Perak services.

I hope that all Perak PTG employees in particular and the administration of the Perak State land can be in full force and effort, improving knowledge and skills, United and committed in executing the trust, concurrent with the department's motto which is, Efficient, Transparent and Integrity (ETI) towards achieving the vision stated in the Framework of the PTG Strategic Plan 2010-2015. Let us be together always to perform service transformation and strive to achieve a world class working culture so that we remain relevant in dealing with the environment, intense competition and rapidly changing.

Hence, the publication of this portal is to display and disclose current information relating to the land administration so that it can become part of the information source as well as an important reference material that can be shared and can provide useful input to all portal browsers.
