ADMINISTRATION ORDER NUM.4 YEAR 2007 REGARDING COUNTER SERVICES OPERATION DURING EACH BREAK HOURS ON FRIDAY AND ALSO DURING BREAK HOURS ON OTHER WORKING DAYS

Please be informed that payment and processing service counters for relevant units that are dealing with the publics should operate during each break hours on Friday and also during break hours on other working days. This is an order from the YB Dato' Perak State Secretary.

"All units involved with counter services, the Unit Leader should organize duty schedule for related officers so that the counter services could operate in orderly manner.''

SUBMISSION DATE FOR OVERTIME AND TRAVEL ALLOWANCE CLAIM STATEMENTS

Please be informed that administration has decided that all claim statements should be submitted to the Finance Unit no later than on the 5th day of the consecutive month.

ADMINISTRATION ORDER NUM.1 YEAR 2007 REGARDING ATTENDANCE OF PTG EMPLOYEES TO THE MORNING ASSEMBLY

Referring to the subject above, all Head of Administration Assistants are advised to make sure all staffs under their responsibility to be in the PTG Hall, Level 3 on the time that has been determined during each Morning Assembly Event. You are also to take note the names and to take appropriate disciplinary action to the the non-attendees.

ADMINISTRATION ORDER NUM.2 YEAR 2007 REGARDING AUTHORIZATION TO USE THE DEPARTMENT'S VEHICLE AND THE USE OF LOG BOOK

All officers/staffs of the department who need to use the department's vehicle have to get authorization from the Administration Unit first. Vehicle Reservation Form should be completed not later than one (1) day before the out off office assignment unless under special conditions. All officers/staffs who use the vehicle need to sign the Log Book after the assignment has been completed on the same day and the driver should update the information within the particular log book. This rules are within the Circulars Num.2 Year 1980 Para 7.3.2 and 7.3.3.

CAR PARKING PROHIBITION

Referring to the decision of Firm Management Meeting Num. 1/2007, all officers/staffs of Land and Mineral Office are prohibited to park vehicles at the front of the Land and Mineral Office building unless for the official department vehicles. This announcement take effect immediately.
